Most any PvE alliances these days do the Deep, Urgoz, UW, FoW, and DoA. Just join one and ask if anyone wants to do them. Just tell the group before hand that it's your 1st time.

Pretty sure that ANet has said that they have no intentions (yet) to allow full hero parties into the game, because they don't believe it is dead enough to warrant such action.

I'm also pretty sure that people have asked in the past for heroes to be more available. So,
